    In this flowy vinyasa practice we will move from a place of stillness, through a strong and sweaty practice including twists and hip openers and we will end into a sweet relaxation.

  • 45 MINUTE YOGA FLOW- Become Balance

    Challenging your balance can be intimidating but you have you learn to love the wiggles! In this 45 minutes Vinyasa Flow we'll work through some fun balance poses, all connected in a creative flow spiced up with some core work.

  • 40 MINUTE FULL VINYASA FLOW- All in

    40 minute yoga practice -
    In this flow we will work the entire body, the pace is rather slow but you will feel your heart rate go up and sweat on your forehead. A full body workout.
