    30 minute yoga class - vinyasa flow in which we will work the entire body in a fun and flowy way. This is a warm and flowy vinyasa with focus on movement and a repetetive sequence that will create a feeling of moving meditation.

  • 35 MINUTE YOGA FLOW- Dolphin Dive

    In this short but strong Vinyasa Flow we will work up to Dolphin pose, strengthening shoulders and opening the chest.
